Built onsite in our UK facility, we have the flexibility to produce both small runs (including prototypes & samples from client designs) through to large runs.

We invest in quality machinery, using Marsilli multi-spindle winding machines which are recognised as leaders in the coil winding industry. For production of Toroidals we use Jovil precision coil winding machines.

With the range of machinery onsite, we can accommodate a wide range of sizes for laminated transformers and cores for toroidal transformers.

We have onsite welding capability, allowing us to offer a flexible and high quality service for a wide range of transformers.

Also onsite is the capability for moulding and overmoulding, meaning we can offer a complete service that reduces time and cost of manufacture for our clients.
